What are the available methods of payment? 

Payment can be made with any debit or credit card and by PayPal. you can also use Bizum payment service if you have it available.


Is it necessary to register to purchase online?

No. It is possible to purchase as a guest. A guest does not have the obligation to register but must provide us their necessary personal data to make the shipment, and must in any case accept the purchase conditions


What security measures does Trangoworld use? 

All shipments are made to domicile. For security reasons, shipments are not made for collection at Post Offices.

Likewise, payments made with credit or debit card are made through the secure payment Gateway of the financial Entity, which encrypts the card data. With the aim of giving maximum security to the system of payment, TRANGOWORLD S.A. uses the secure payment systems of BBVA. In this regard, the confidential data of the payment are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.


Do all the products include VAT? 

Yes, VAT is included in the indicated Price of all products.


Can I purchase from outside Spain? 

Yes, as long as the delivery address is in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands. Shipments are not made to international destinations.

When promotional codes are activated, this option of use will appear in each product sheet.

What is the delivery period?

The delivery period is from 3 to 5 business days.


How is delivery made?

All shipments are made to domicile. For security reasons shipments are not made for collection at Post Offices.


What is the cost of the shipment?

It has a standard cost of €4.95.- This cost will be indicated prior to confirming the order and making the payment. Free shipping for orders over 100€.


Can I track the shipment?

Yes, through the CorreosExpress website.


RETURNS


The product sent does not correspond to the product ordered. 

Through the contact form (reason Return) and indicating the order number, we will contact you to assist you in the return process


The order has not arrived

Contact our Customer Attention department through the contact form (reason Order) to receive information about your order.


Does the return cost me anything?

No, within the return period of thirty (30) calendar days, it is free.


How do I return a product?

To return the product you must log into “My Account” and in the Orders section, choose the order, mark the items to be returned indicating the reason for the return in the drop-down menu.

If you do not have a user account, you can use the contact form (reason Return) indicating the order number and we will contact you to assist you in the return process.


How do I receive the amount of my refund?

Payment of the amount is made to the same credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the payment.

How do I change the size or colour?

You must return the product and proceed to make a new purchase.


How long do I have to change my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have a period of thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order to return it.
